01 / Our story

Started with a ladder and a spool of cable.

Modern Innovation IT Solutions began in 2022 as a small team of subcontractors with more curiosity than capital — pulling cable, mounting cameras, and learning networks by doing. What started as a hobby, worked on in between other jobs, slowly turned into a craft, and the craft turned into a shared purpose.

Years of collaboration and hard work later, that early hustle became something official: we earned our certification in October 2023, formalizing years of hands-on experience into a company built to last.

But we didn't set out to just build a company. We set out to build toward a vision — technology that supports every home, business, hotel, hospital, and school we're trusted to serve.

Where do you work?

We're based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and have delivered projects across Luzon — including Cagayan, Zambales, Cavite, and Rizal. Tell us where your site is and we'll let you know how we can help.

What kinds of places do you serve?

Homes, businesses, BPOs, hotels and resorts, restaurants, farms, hospitals, and schools. Our work ranges from a single property's CCTV setup to a 400-camera university campus.

Can you handle large, multi-building deployments?

Yes. Our largest deployment to date covered 15 surveyed campus zones and 400 cameras at the University of Saint Louis, Tuguegarao — from site survey and planning through installation.

Do you start with a site survey?

For installation work, we walk the site first so camera placement, cable routes, and network equipment are planned around how the space is actually used.

Are you a registered business?

Yes. Modern Innovation IT Solutions is registered with the DTI, the BIR (RDO No. 041, Mandaluyong), and holds a Mayor's Permit from the City of Mandaluyong. Certificate copies are available on request.
